30-day money-back guarantee

If XYLO+ is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order. You do not need to ship a half-empty bag back to us — just tell us what happened.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what went wrong. We will reply with next steps, usually the same business day.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it — your choice. No return shipping needed.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund. See Manage my subscription.
