These terms govern your use of xylogum.com and any purchase you make from XYLO+ ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and eligibility

XYLO+ Energy Gum is a caffeinated dietary supplement intended for healthy adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, or for anyone who is pregnant or nursing. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using caffeine products. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Xylitol is toxic to dogs. Keep our products out of reach of pets.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or limit any order.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & save, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the interval you selected, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. You can skip, change, or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund an order that has already shipped.

Your content

If you send us reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with our business. Do not send anything unlawful or that is not yours to share.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
